Canopy by Hilton Dallas Frisco Station

This is a really nice property, but this stay was frustrating. The shower knobs took me 5 minutes to figure out. The temperature controls did absolutely nothing. Worst of all, I got a bottle of water downstairs before going to bed to drink in the morning, and the fridge in my room was ever so slightly cooler than the room, and I'm not sure if it was on at all. That said, the rooms are generally very nice and the location is great.

Leah was absolutely amazing. She was super friendly when I checked in and made great recommendations. When the fan was malfunctioning in my initial room, she immediately offered to change the room or have it looked at. I chose to move and the new room was perfect, very quiet and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again just based off the exceptional customer service alone. The new room was clean and cozy, too.

I had a wonderful stay here & can’t say enough good things about the staff. From the moment I checked in, everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. When I mentioned (half-jokingly) that I had tried to extend my stay but saw the hotel was sold out, the front desk went above and beyond. The manager, Shai personally helped make it possible for me to stay an extra night at the same rate, which truly meant a lot and made my trip so much less stressful. Throughout my stay, everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. On top of that, they were kind enough to accommodate a small late checkout request without any hassle, which I really appreciated. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel especially thanks to Shai for going above and beyond.

I recently stayed at this place and had a wonderful overall experience, but I would especially like to highlight my breakfast visit at the café this morning. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, setting the perfect tone for the start of my day. What truly made the experience exceptional was the outstanding service provided by Zeff. His care, attention, and genuine hospitality were absolutely top-notch. Zeff went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and well taken care of, always checking in with a friendly smile and a positive attitude. His professionalism combined with his warmth made me feel truly at home, which is something not easily found. The breakfast experience was made even more enjoyable because of Zeff’s thoughtful service, and it left a lasting impression on my stay. Staff members like him truly elevate the quality of a hotel and make guests feel valued and appreciated. I am very impressed and would gladly return, knowing that such exceptional hospitality is part of the experience.

Zeff who helped us every morning with coffee and breakfast was so kind. He was friendly and professional. He is a great representation of Canopy and hope he gets the recognition for the way he ensures guests are well taken care of. We also had a gentleman at the front desk help us out when we locked ourselves out of our room with the inside security latch on. It was tricky and he was so knowledgeable, reassuring and got us back in our room. We love this hotel. We’ve always had great experiences here. Highly recommend!

We had such a wonderful experience thanks to the amazing receptionist Leah, at this hotel! She went above and beyond to get us checked into our room earlier than expected, which made a huge difference after a long day of travel. Not only that, she surprised us with a room upgrade and even gave my daughter a complimentary treat. Her genuine kindness truly meant a lot. It’s nice to meet someone who truly cares about making guests feel welcomed. We’re so thankful and we will absolutely be back!

Quality stay overall—clean rooms, comfortable environment, and a convenient location. Valet was professional, reasonably priced per night and a amooth process. The property has a bar, though it would have been even better if it opened earlier in the day for brunch hours. Zeff took my breakfast order and prepared my meal, and his service was excellent. I also appreciate that Hilton allows guests to use a free night reward for a same‑day, last‑minute stay. I tried to use my free night with Omni before and they would not allow it unless it was booked over 24 hours in advance. Reasons like this reminds me why I am loyal to Hilton. You never know what kind of situation someone may be in, and being able to use a reward (that you earned based on your spending) when you truly need it makes a huge difference. I regularly stay here and the crew that work at the hotel are what make it special. They’re always attentive, kind, and go out of their way to help make the hotel guests have a great experience. My recent trip was impacted with a few late changes. Stephanie helped me switch rooms so my kids could join the trip, and made it a seamless experience that let my kids join and enjoy Dallas for the first time. When our departure flight was cancelled, Leah went out of her way to help us coordinate our last day before we had to catch our flight; truly saved our day and trip. Thank you Stephanie and Leah!!!
